When reserving an appointment, we will require to hold all appointments with a credit or debit card, or a deposit for their reservation. If you are unable to provide either, we will offer walk-in or same day booking. Please note we cannot guarantee to have available reservations for walk-in guests. If a guest no call no shows or cancels within 24 hours, we will charge the card on file accordingly. First time late cancellations you will be charged half of your original service fee. Any time after that you will be charged the full-service amount. Any no call no shows will be charged the full amount of your original service fee.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we will miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list will miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved personally, a no-show fee will apply.
All appointment deposits are non-refundable.
